Reflection Post-“Your daily habits show up on your face after 10 years.”

“Your daily habits show up on your face after 10 years. When you’re young, you can get away with treating your body and mind like crap. But you can’t hide forever. 10 years later, your good (or bad) daily habits show up on your face.”–Sahil Bloom

I just discovered this quote on LinkedIn and I needed that reminder to evaluate what are the habits that I will regret in 10 years?

As we are kicking off the New Year, take a moment to reflect on the habits you have in place now that are NOT amplifying your life for the long term.

(Break these habits up for mind and body.)

Now, take time to evaluate the good habits in your life.

One reason I enjoy resetting is because this allows me a new opportunity to recorrect my behaviors and plan how I will implement new positive patterns to replace the bad. Life is too short to live in a cycle of shame and we hope that this blog serves as an encouragement to prioritize stewarding your body and mind well. The feeling of HOPE should come to mind that you will leave behind the old, and embrace the new.

Cheering for you,

Sierra and Grace
